  1. No Returns: All products sold at CraftySmith are handmade and made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

  2. Refunds for Defective Products:

    • We will do our best to remedy the issue. If we are unable to fix the problem, we will offer a full refund for the defective product.

    • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days of us confirming the defect.
